no one else may think this is a good thing

except for me, of course. but what do you think of maternity, tube-tops? i found them in the knocked up, eleven year old section while shopping at sears.

for a dollar. couldn’t resist. the idea is genius, although i can understand why it’s not going over so well with the eleven year olds.

i like them. i will have to save them for pregnancy number four. but, then again, maybe the person who is preparing to have four kids, shouldn’t be wearing tube tops. ever.

oh, but the liberation. if it were summertime, i’d wear them constantly.

i also found some 5o cent skirts (black, green and pink). two 30 cent shirts for the gidster and an 80 cent shirt for myself. and this slinky t-shirt skirt, with absolutely no cling (amazing), for a dollar.

i’ve never seen 90% off lowest marked clearance before. granted, it was mostly impregnated middle school wear and clothes for obese 4th graders – but, oddly enough, it all seemed to fit me. huzzah.

We have no impregnated middle schoolers here. Plus, we don’t let them wear tube tops.

yes, apparently they’ve discovered that it’s hard to market maternity clothes to those under the age of 25. i could have had a whole wardrobe of just tube-tops, in every color imaginable, if it weren’t for my outstanding propensity towards self control (and the fact that my husband was standing right there).

i can’t say that i would have ever had the figure to wear a tube top. not all pg women are as skinny as you. gayla needs to work on fattening you up just a little. but all women like to find the sale of the year.

She won’t eat stuff that would fatten her up.
